Our charger management platform allows you to completely self manage your chargers. Add new users, lock available chargers, adjust the price for charging with a few clicks without having to contact us to do it on your behalf.
On the other hand, we can completely look after the system for you, with regular services, updates and monitoring to make sure the chargers are bringing you the best ROI.
With the cost of electricity it’s important that you only have people charging their vehicles who are authorised.
- Set access groups with priorities and different rates, etc: Customers get priority, Staff members get a discount.
- Only allow the chargers to operate during certain hours, e.g working business hours.

For commercial charging systems, there are various grants available to help make EVCP’s more affordable. Full details can be found on OZEV’s website. We are fully approved to offer the following commercial grants:
- Workplace Charging Scheme
- EV Infrastructure Grant for Residential Car Parks
- EV Infrastructure Grant for Staff and Fleets
- EV Chargepoint Grant for Landlords
This really depends on the scope of what you require with your charging system.
There are a few systems we offer where a simple back-end system is included in the cost of the product. This will allow things such as access control via app and RFID cards and show detailed usage stats for users, chargers, sites and so forth.
For more public facing systems, or where automatic billing and revenue generation is required, then monthly costs and a small payment processing fee are required. These systems can be completely hands-off or hands-on depending how much involvement a client would like.
Depending on the amount of usage, speed of the charger, if its a tethered or untethered charger, are just a few of the considerations we make when recommending service intervals.
The systems we install are designed to be fit for purpose. Depending on the installation and sector we may recommend servicing intervals and maintenance to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum. For rapid DC chargers then manufacturers state these intervals.
